What We Do
Ven Document Services, LLC prepares government form packets online so you don’t have to worry about the hassle. You choose the form or packet you want, answer one secure intake, and we turn your information into ready-to-sign PDFs. You review, sign, and file your own forms. We do not choose forms for you, give legal advice, or represent you in court or before any agency. We only prepare documents based on the options you select and the information you provide.
Right now, Ven Document Services LLC focuses on a small set of common USCIS applications. You should already know which benefit you want to apply for before you use our service. We do not tell you whether you qualify or what to file; we only prepare documents based on the forms you choose and the information you provide.

You are responsible for deciding which forms to file and whether you qualify. Ven Document Services, LLC does not review your situation, give legal advice, or tell you what immigration options are best for you.
Trust Us With Your Information
When you use Ven Document Services, LLC, you’re trusting us with very sensitive information. We take that seriously. Here is what we actually do with your data and what we don’t do.
1. We only collect what we need
We ask for:
Contact details so we can reach you (name, email, phone).
The information that appears on the forms you chose (names, dates, case numbers, addresses, etc.).
We do not collect information “just in case.” If a question is not needed to prepare your forms, we don’t ask it. If we need to follow up on anything, we will email you via admin@ventramitemosenlinea.com.
2. We use your data only to prepare your forms
We use your information to:
Generate ready-to-sign USCIS form packets you requested.
Contact you about your order and send drafts/final copies.
Keep basic records for legal, accounting, and compliance purposes.
We do not use your information to build marketing profiles, sell you other products, or share with advertisers. To say it directly: We will never sell your information.
3. We use reputable third-party tools, not random spreadsheets
To run the business, we rely on established platforms:
Jotform for secure online intakes.
Stripe for payment processing.
Email and cloud storage providers to send and store your documents.
These services use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and their own security controls. We do not store your full credit card number on our own systems.
No online system is 100% risk-free, but we avoid “home-made” solutions that are less secure than professional platforms.
4. Access is limited
Inside Ven Document Services LLC:
Your intake is only accessed to prepare your forms and handle your order.
We do not share your information with other clients, random staff, or anyone who is not working on your packet.
Outside Ven Document Services LLC, we only share information when:
You ask us to (for example, sending copies to a specific email you provide), or
We are required to do so by law (court order, lawful request from authorities).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
5. We keep records for a limited time
Immigration cases can last years, so we keep records long enough to resend documents if you lose them, and comply with legal and tax record-keeping rules. If you’d like to learn more about these specific policies, please refer to the California Immigration Consultants Act (1987), appearing in Business & Professions Code §§ 22440-22448.
After that retention period, files are deleted or anonymized when it is reasonable to do so. We don’t keep your full case history forever “just because.”
6. You stay in control
Subject to legal and record-keeping rules, you can:
Ask what information we have about you.
Request corrections if something is wrong.
Ask us to delete what we reasonably can, once your matter is finished and the required retention periods have passed.
If you want to exercise any of these options, contact us at admin@ventramitemosenlinea.com.
7. No attorney-client privilege
We’re not a law firm, and communications with us are not protected by attorney–client privilege. Do not tell us anything you only want to share with a lawyer. If you need confidential legal advice, you should speak with a licensed attorney.
