Welcome to the I-90 page. Before you start, make sure you have the following ready:

  1. Your current Green Card, expired Green Card, or the incorrect/damaged card you are replacing. A clear front-and-back copy is ideal.

  2. Your exact legal name and personal information exactly as shown on your current card.

  3. Any legal name-change document, if applicable, such as a marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order. USCIS says name-change evidence must be registered with the proper civil authority.

  4. Your A-Number, class of admission, date of admission, and the place where you applied for your immigrant visa or adjustment of status.

  5. Your full mailing address and physical address, if different.

  6. Your mother’s and father’s names, plus your date and country of birth.

  7. Your filing reason and the documents tied to that reason. For example: your current or expired card for renewal, the incorrect card for a USCIS or biographic correction, or your name-change document for a new legal name.

  8. Full English translations with translator certification for any non-English document.

  9. Standard-fee filing only. Do not continue here if your case needs legal analysis instead of routine renewal, replacement, or correction.
